The Media Researcher will join a 24/7 Media Monitoring and Inquiries team to track media coverage, analyze trends, assess sentiment, and produce actionable insights.
- Conduct 24/7 media monitoring using professional media listening and social media tools
- Monitor media mentions across traditional and digital platforms
- Perform media tracking, scanning, and issue tracking
- Conduct sentiment analysis, trend analysis, and message analysis
- Analyze media landscape and brand perception
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly media reports
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced reporting skills
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Experience in media analysis and crisis communication support
Associate Business System Analyst
The Associate Business System Analyst will support system analysis, contribute to user interface design, participate in the software development lifecycle, and ensure usability standards are met through testing and evaluation.
- Experience in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design
- Knowledge of software development languages and tools such as C#, Java, HTML, CSS, Angular, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
