 Infrastructure Server Specialist 

Handle and maintain the organization’s servers and virtual environments, supporting daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing resources within set KPIs, budgets, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain servers and virtual environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Support daily IT operations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Optimize resource usage in alignment with organizational KPIs and budgets.
  • Follow established policies and procedures for server management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service management.
  • ITIL certification required; PMP certification is a plus.

 Civil Engineer 

Plan, design, and lead the implementation of all civil construction projects for SANS to meet operational, safety, and regulatory requirements within set KPIs, budgets, and adopted policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and supervise civil construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project progress and manage budgets according to KPIs.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in civil project planning, design, and execution.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and safety standards.

 IT Operations Section Head 

Supervise the provision of IT services at SANS, ensuring they meet user requirements and business goals. Oversee service desk operations, SLAs, incident, problem, and change management processes, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Supervise IT service delivery across the organization.
  • Oversee service desk, incident, problem, and change management processes.
