Facility Management Project Manager – Eastern Region (Dammam)
About the Job
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: 9,000 – 11,000 SAR
We are seeking a highly capable Facility Management Project Manager to oversee operations within the Eastern Region for a major water services project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing FM services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day FM operations across multiple projects
-
Ensure quality control, cost management, and adherence to approved budgets
-
Plan and schedule project resources, including procurement of general and specialized materials
-
Lead maintenance planning and ensure best practices in Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems
-
Oversee work order execution and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
-
Manage contract implementation, vendor performance, and FM workflows
-
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports to the client with full transparency and accuracy
-
Drive performance management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
-
3–5 years of experience in Facility Management with a reputed FM company
-
Strong understanding of FM project execution, quality standards, and service delivery models
-
Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, and contract management
-
Expertise in CAFM systems, maintenance scheduling, and work order lifecycle management
-
Strong communication and reporting skills
-
Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إدارة العمليات اليومية لإدارة المرافق عبر عدة مشاريع.
-
ضمان مراقبة الجودة، وإدارة التكاليف، والالتزام بالميزانيات المعتمدة.
-
تخطيط وجدولة موارد المشروع، بما في ذلك شراء المواد العامة والمتخصصة.
-
قيادة تخطيط الصيانة وضمان أفضل الممارسات في أنظمة إدارة المرافق بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAFM).
