DCS Operator

Details

The DCS Operator is responsible for maintaining safe and stable plant operations through continuous monitoring and control of systems. The role ensures adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and emergency response protocols while supporting overall plant efficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and stable operating environment following company and industry safety standards. Enforce safe work permits, Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO), and Management of Change procedures. Act as first responder during process emergencies and execute emergency operating procedures when required. Monitor Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Fire & Gas systems and understand interlock cause-and-effect logic. Support field operators and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

Experience in plant operations or control room operations. Strong understanding of industrial safety systems and procedures. Ability to respond to emergencies and operate under pressure. Knowledge of process control systems and operational monitoring.

Human Resources Partner (HRP)

Details

The Human Resources Partner acts as a strategic advisor to managers, supporting employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR program execution across assigned business units.

Responsibilities

Support employee relations and conduct workplace investigations. Manage performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions. Ensure HR policy compliance and legal alignment. Support labor relations and restructuring activities. Provide decision support for total rewards and compensation matters. Execute HR programs and initiatives across client groups.

Requirements

Experience in HR business partnering or employee relations. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies. Ability to handle sensitive employee issues and investigations. Strong communication and advisory skills.

 HYCO Shift Operator (Steam Methane Reformer)

Details

The HYCO Shift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of hydrogen production facilities including Steam Methane Reformers, CO2 systems, and utility units. The role ensures production targets are met while maintaining strict safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor HYCO plant systems including SMR, CO2 removal, compression, PSA, and utilities. Execute safety work permits and Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures. Support maintenance teams with corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Ensure safe, efficient production aligned with customer requirements. Maintain operational safety standards and participate in plant safety programs.

Requirements

Experience in industrial plant operations or shift-based production environments. Strong understanding of process safety and operational procedures. Ability to work in shift rotations and handle high-pressure environments. Leadership experience preferred for senior progression pathways.
