Summary
Join our exceptional team in KSA as you take on a pivotal role shaping our People & Organization agenda. Sitting at the heart of our leadership team, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership. You will guide the development and implementation of HR policies and frameworks that fully align with KSA labor legislation and the evolving requirements of the healthcare sector.
In this role, you will influence critical people decisions across the business — from talent acquisition for key scientific and commercial roles, to succession planning, workforce readiness, and capability building for future product launches. You will shape and execute a comprehensive talent and leadership development strategy that strengthens our field force, medical teams, regulatory experts, and commercial functions.
Drawing on your expertise in local labor laws, organizational design, and people operations, you will ensure compliant, fair, and progressive HR practices that support employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness. You will also advise on major hiring decisions, national talent development, and Saudization priorities, ensuring we build a high-performing and sustainable workforce. About the Role
Major Accountabilities

Identify and segment key customers, continuously monitoring account dynamics to ensure strategic alignment

Lead local execution of company strategy, fully aligned with marketing and operational brand plans

Act as the central point of contact for C-suite interactions with key accounts, ensuring strong executive engagement

Coordinate all customer activities to deliver cohesive, professional, and efficient interactions through a unified team approach

Drive communication strategies and oversee project execution, fostering a customer-focused organization

Build and maintain strong partnerships with Tier 1 customers, engaging stakeholders to map priorities and develop holistic account strategies

Design and implement innovative, scalable solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging cross-functional expertise for maximum impact

Responsible for ecosystem mapping rate, account strategy implementation, and value creation initiatives
Minimum Requirements
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant role within the insurance or pharmaceutical sector, such as Market Access, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, or Key Account Management
-
At least 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in the Saudi Arabian market
-
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and communicate with impact
-
Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing key stakeholders

Arabic language is a must

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور ذي صلة في قطاع التأمين أو الأدوية، مثل الوصول إلى السوق، الشراكات الاستراتيجية والتحالفات، أو إدارة الحسابات الرئيسية.

خبرة عملية مباشرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في السوق السعودي.
-
قدرة مثبتة على التفاوض بفعالية والتواصل المؤثر.

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
-
إجادة اللغة العربية أمر أساسي.
