The Senior Technology & Services Manager will lead technical support activities, product portfolio performance, and regional service excellence. The role is ideal for candidates with advanced experience in automotive solutions, industrial lubricants, technical services, and strategic customer support.
- Lead all technical services and customer technical support across KSA and the Middle East & Africa region.
- Manage product portfolio costing, profitability review, and supply chain optimization.
- Support business units with accurate cost analysis, margin improvement, and portfolio performance reporting.
- Drive innovation, field testing, and technical excellence for automotive and industrial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for product costing, supplier cost changes, and portfolio cost visibility.
- Analyze monthly portfolio performance to identify outliers and build corrective action plans.
- Improve product profitability through procurement savings, portfolio consolidation, and lifecycle management.
- Manage SMOG inventory, product lifecycle data, and operational optimization projects.
- Collaborate with commercial, procurement, supply chain, and technical teams to support regional growth.
