Infrastructure Wet & Dry Utilities Engineer 

Details

The Infrastructure Wet & Dry Utilities Engineer will focus on design, advanced planning, hydraulic modelling, and compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications within KSA. The role includes certifying as-built documentation, approving design modifications, and managing interfaces between design and construction.

  • Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR), registered/certified with relevant local authorities
  • Review and certify as-built documentation
  • Approve design modifications and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage interfaces between design and construction teams
  • Participate in occasional site visits to assess airport conditions and collect data for planning
Requirements

- Licensed/certified engineer in Saudi Arabia

- Experience in infrastructure planning and design

- Strong technical knowledge in hydraulic modelling and utilities systems

- Ability to coordinate design and construction seamlessly

 Director – eVTOL Planning & Implementation 

The Director will lead the development, planning, programming, and delivery of an integrated eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) ecosystem. Responsibilities include benchmarking global best-practice, preparing business cases, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving commercial strategy.

  • Develop and implement the eVTOL transport ecosystem
  • Integrate eVTOL operations with other transport modes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing frameworks
  • Engage stakeholders and partners for program delivery
  • Lead financing, procurement evaluation, contracting, and commercial strategy
  • Develop training and capability-building programs for staff
Requirements

- Experience in transport planning, aviation, or advanced air mobility
