HR Manager 

The HR Manager – KSA is responsible for leading and executing the full Human Resources function in the Kingdom, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to internal managers while ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations. The role bridges internal workforce management and external government relations, ensuring operational excellence and people-driven performance across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership.
  • Support managers in workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop HR strategies to enhance organizational performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in multinational or regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 Quality Control Manager 

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, leading the QC team, and ensuring that all products or services meet regulatory and quality standards. The role involves inspection, testing, and cross-functional coordination to maintain high standards across the organization in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and document quality control procedures, standards, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead and manage the QC team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and task assignment.
  • Oversee inspection and testing of products or services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
