1. Legal Counsel - Middle East (Commercial & Energy Law)

The Legal Counsel provides business-focused legal advice to enable the safe and timely delivery of power and energy projects.

  • Commercial Contracting: Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including MSAs, O&M contracts, PPAs, and ESAs for large-scale energy projects.
  • Hybrid & Microgrid Projects: Assist in structuring terms for Solar + BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and thermal hybrid projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Provide guidance on public procurement, ABC/AML compliance, sanctions, and export controls across Middle Eastern jurisdictions.
  • Dispute Resolution: Coordinate fact-gathering and risk assessment for arbitration or litigation processes, engaging external counsel when necessary.
