Key Responsibilities & Technical Tasks

• Advanced PLC Programming: Develop, modify, and troubleshoot sophisticated control logic using the Siemens TIA Portal, ensuring maximum Operational Efficiency for industrial and power plants.
• HMI/SCADA Visualization: Design and configure high-level HMI/SCADA Systems using Siemens WinCC to provide real-time data monitoring and Visualization Development for complex industrial processes.
• System Integration & Synchronization: Implement advanced Control Logic for genset synchronization, Load Sharing, and automated Load Management, integrating diverse manufacturer modules into a unified grid.
• Site Commissioning & Testing: Lead critical FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) activities, providing onsite technical support to ensure seamless Power System deployments.

Professional Requirements & Expertise

• Technical Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field with a strong emphasis on Power Generation.
• Software Proficiency: Deep Professional Expertise in Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, and various Industrial Communication Protocols used in modern smart grids.
• Practical Experience: Proven track record in Genset Control and Load Management Applications, with the ability to translate complex power requirements into functional Control Logic.
• Documentation Skills: Excellence in maintaining Technical Documentation, system backups, and configuration logs to meet international Quality Assurance standards.
