 Government & Site Access Coordinator 

Details

At Wood, the Government & Site Access Coordinator supports global clients by ensuring safe, predictable, and fast project delivery across advanced facilities in energy and mining sectors, including a major gold mine and processing facility development in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Review construction execution plans, schedules, and method statements.
Monitor construction progress and contractor performance on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support resolution of technical queries and field changes.
Maintain and update as-built documentation.
Manage interface between multiple contractors and stakeholders.
Oversee mechanical completion and punch list closure.
Support commissioning and pre-startup phases.

Conditions

Experience in construction coordination or site access control.
Strong understanding of large-scale project execution.
Ability to work in remote industrial environments.

 Senior Planner / Scheduler

This role supports major capital projects within a large-scale energy and infrastructure development program, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple departments and project interfaces.

Responsibilities
