Responsibilities
Review and evaluate student applications and academic records. Conduct and manage student entrance assessments and prepare evaluation reports and recommendations. Respond to inquiries from families via phone, email, or in person, and guide them through the application process. Maintain complete and organized student records and manage student files for admissions and transfers. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and student transitions.
Requirements
Experience in admissions, education, or student services is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively with families and internal teams. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Supervise security staff and ensure effective manned guarding and patrol operations. Manage the Security Control and Coordination Centre and ensure 24/7 coverage. Monitor daily operations, manage incidents, and provide immediate response when required. Enforce security procedures and coordinate with security personnel to ensure effective operations across all shifts.
