Details

This role supports delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers by managing recruitment operations and coordinating hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, panel members, and candidates.
• Manage logistical arrangements for interviews, including meeting rooms, virtual links, and assessment tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain clear communication regarding interview schedules, updates, and next steps.

Work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel – KSABYP, providing day-to-day legal advice and supporting the execution of commercial and project agreements, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

• Provide legal advice to business units and functional teams, primarily within Saudi Arabia.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and support execution of sales, supply, services, maintenance, EPC, subcontracting, consortium, partnership, distribution, agency, and channel partner agreements.
• Support project and tender activities in public and private sectors.

Communication & PR Lead

Details

This role is responsible for installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecommunications and low-current security systems at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure telecom systems, including structured cabling, PABX/IP telephony, network switches, routers, and wireless equipment.
• Install and integrate security systems, including CCTV (IP & Analog), according to HCIS and ARAMCO specifications.
• Ensure high system availability, optimal performance, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
