Tasks and Responsibilities

• Proficiency in programming languages used in GIS, such as Python (with libraries like ArcPy), C++, C#, Java, JavaScript (with libraries like OpenLayers, Leaflet), Kotlin, Swift, GDAL

• Experience in developing GIS applications using platforms like ArcGIS, with a deep understanding of geographic tools and analyses

• Management and analysis of spatial data using databases like SQL Server, PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, and Spatial Extensions

• Development of smart city platforms

• Proficiency in API technologies for system integration such as RESTful Web Services and APIs

• Experience in Internet of Things (IoT), including communication protocols and integration tools like HTTP, MQTT, and data integration from sensors

• Development of responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and frameworks like Angular and React.js

• UX design focusing on ease of use and quick access to geographic data and analytics

• Handling Big Data: ability to process and analyze large amounts of spatial and non-spatial data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Software Engineering, or a related field, including strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, programming, and geographic data

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications

• Monitor contractors’ work and ensure compliance with schedules and technical standards

• Prepare periodic technical reports and submit them to management

• Review and approve shop drawings

• Follow up on material quality and ensure compliance with project specifications

• Coordinate with safety and quality teams to ensure adherence to safety standards

• Perform quantity surveying and prepare statements and progress invoices

• Participate in solving site issues and propose suitable engineering solutions

• Attend regular meetings with management, consultants, and contractors

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 1–3 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or building projects

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office

• Ability to read drawings and manage site work effectively

• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure

مهندس مدني (Civil Engineer)

المسؤوليات والمهام

• الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق الرسومات والمواصفات.

• متابعة أعمال المقاولين وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والمعايير الفنية.

• إعداد التقارير الفنية الدورية وتقديمها للإدارة.

• مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings).

• متابعة جودة المواد وضمان توافقها مع مواصفات المشروع.

• التنسيق مع فرق السلامة والجودة لضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.

• إجراء قياسات الكميات وإعداد الكشوف والفواتير المرحلية.

• المشاركة في حل مشكلات الموقع واقتراح الحلول الهندسية المناسبة.

• حضور الاجتماعات الدورية مع الإدارة والاستشاريين والمقاولين.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.

• خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مشاريع البناء أو البنية التحتية.

• إجادة برامج الهندسة مثل AutoCAD و Civil 3D و MS Office.

• القدرة على قراءة الرسومات وإدارة الأعمال في الموقع بفعالية.

• مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

• رخصة قيادة سارية وامتلاك سيارة – شرط أساسي.
