Customer Care Representative-Associate 

The Customer Care Representative-Associate will support customer service operations through bookings, account creation, complaint handling, issue resolution, and case management.

  • Provide customer support, hub operations, and account creation assistance
  • Handle bookings, inquiries, quotations, and onboarding processes
  • Manage complaints, issue resolution, and service recovery
  • Support claims handling and escalated issue resolution
  • Ensure all processes are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with standards
  • Identify anomalies and resolve issues or escalate them when necessary
Requirements

- Saudi Nationals only

- Prior customer service experience is preferred

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

- Teamwork, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills

- Ability to work accurately under deadlines

The Worldwide Regional Account Executive is responsible for driving enterprise-level sales growth through strategic account development, customer acquisition, and end-to-end sales execution for large and complex Oil & Gas customers.

  • Develop and execute regional enterprise account strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations
  • Act as a subject matter expert on complex enterprise solutions
  • Lead enterprise sales calls, customer presentations, and executive-level negotiations
  • Manage account activation and post-sales engagement to ensure customer retention and revenue growth
  • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for sustainable business expansion
Requirements

- Strong experience in enterprise sales and account management

- Background in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills

- Ability to manage large and complex customer accounts
