The Customer Care Representative-Associate will support customer service operations through bookings, account creation, complaint handling, issue resolution, and case management.
- Provide customer support, hub operations, and account creation assistance
- Handle bookings, inquiries, quotations, and onboarding processes
- Manage complaints, issue resolution, and service recovery
- Support claims handling and escalated issue resolution
- Ensure all processes are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with standards
- Identify anomalies and resolve issues or escalate them when necessary

- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills
