We are looking for an Instrumentation Supervisor to join our Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving instrumentation systems to ensure optimal plant performance and reliability.
- Monitor equipment performance and analyze data trends to support predictive maintenance
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation systems
- Work with DCS systems to ensure smooth plant operations
- Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions
- Support installation and commissioning of instrumentation systems
- Ensure availability of spare parts for maintenance activities
- Coordinate with maintenance, electrical, and production teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in instrumentation and plant maintenance
