What Will You Do?
Collect information to support Project Manager and Supervisor decision-making.
Support customer correspondence and ensure timely approvals and signatures.
Monitor invoicing status versus billing plan.
Update cost forecasts with actuals and incoming invoices.
Coordinate logistics needs with project and logistics teams.
Track actual costs versus planned budgets and report deviations.
Verify invoices without POs/GRs and align with planned costs.
Manage change orders and variation sales documentation.
Support contract and scope-related claims with Project Manager.
Compile end-of-project documentation for customer submission and archiving.
Contract Specialist

The Contract Specialist works closely with Contracts & Legal teams to support project management and operations in all contractual issues related to project execution, ensuring enforcement of contractual rights and compliance with obligations.
What Will You Do?
Understand contract terms with customers and subcontract agreements.
