 Project Administrator

Details

Project Administrator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for performing project management tasks including monitoring financial forecasts, maintaining cost actuals, managing documentation, invoice triggering, and payment monitoring.

What Will You Do?

Collect information to support Project Manager and Supervisor decision-making.
Support customer correspondence and ensure timely approvals and signatures.
Monitor invoicing status versus billing plan.
Update cost forecasts with actuals and incoming invoices.
Coordinate logistics needs with project and logistics teams.
Track actual costs versus planned budgets and report deviations.
Verify invoices without POs/GRs and align with planned costs.
Manage change orders and variation sales documentation.
Support contract and scope-related claims with Project Manager.
Compile end-of-project documentation for customer submission and archiving.

Contract Specialist 

Details

The Contract Specialist works closely with Contracts & Legal teams to support project management and operations in all contractual issues related to project execution, ensuring enforcement of contractual rights and compliance with obligations.

What Will You Do?

Understand contract terms with customers and subcontract agreements.
Ensure enforcement of contractual rights and obligations.
Issue contractual notices as required.
Submit and respond to EOT requests and claims.
Prepare payment applications.
Identify scope according to contract matrix.
Prepare variation claims and support project execution compliance.

Senior Installation Engineer 

Details

The Senior Installation Engineer manages and controls projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion and final client handover. The role ensures safe, high-quality, on-time delivery within budget while acting as the main interface with customers and stakeholders.

What Will You Do?

Accountable for installation project delivery and site execution.
Ensure full site safety compliance.
Manage environmental aspects of installation works.
Control financial performance of projects.
Participate in sales/installation handover and validate orders.
Plan and organize materials, tools, and subcontractor deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers and site teams.

Safety Specialist 

What Will You Do?

Support implementation of safety management systems and policies.
Promote safety culture and act as a safety role model.
Maintain and improve safety documentation.
Participate in safety committees and forums.
Provide safety guidance to teams and partners.
