The Shipping Clerk is responsible for efficient and organized management of incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
The Decorator Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining can decorating machinery to ensure high-quality printing on metal cans according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Receive, inspect, unpack, and store incoming materials, supplies, and equipment, verifying purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Issue materials and tools to authorized personnel and maintain detailed records of materials distribution.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile system records.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas with proper labeling.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely if certified.
• Operate high-speed can decorating machines including feeders, coaters, and ovens.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and production changeovers.
• Conduct quality control checks such as color matching, print registration, and defect detection.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on decorating equipment.
• Load and unload raw materials such as ink, coatings, cans, and finished products.
