Support HR Services tasks for employees across the Middle East region.
Focus on onboarding, documentation handling, system updates, and administrative support.
Gain exposure to core HR processes and regional HR operations.
Contribute to the smooth daily functioning of HR services.

Responsibilities

Draft employment contracts and prepare Qiwa bulk contracts for new hires.
Prepare exit documentation for departing employees.
Track visa expiry dates and coordinate updates with PRO teams.
Cross-check GOSI contributions and support insurance documentation.
Assist with letters, attestations, and HR documentation filing.
Support visa processing and maintain HR tracking spreadsheets.

 Middle East Event Intern 

Support the Events team in vendor onboarding and venue sourcing across Saudi Arabia.
Work closely with Event Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
Gain practical experience in event coordination and operations.
Assist in building strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

Identify and source venues for corporate events across KSA.
Support onboarding of event vendors and ensure compliance with policies.
Maintain a database of venues and vendors across key cities.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, availability, and proposals.

 Talent Management Intern 

Details

Support Talent Management activities with focus on staffing, career development, and administration.
Work closely with staffing and career development professionals across the Middle East.
Assist in preparing materials and analysis for talent processes.
Contribute to smooth coordination with consultants across offices.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update staffing databases and tracking tools.
Prepare staffing reports and weekly materials.
Support project staffing and consultant allocation processes.
Coordinate follow-ups and data verification tasks.

 Recruiting Intern 

Support the full recruiting cycle during the hiring season.
Maintain recruitment databases and interview schedules.
Assist with onboarding coordination and job postings.
Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation.
Organize CVs and ensure data accuracy.
Support reporting and basic data analysis tasks.
Assist in posting job opportunities and updating descriptions.
