- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site.
- Conduct safety inspections, training, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with project safety standards and regulations.

Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, HSE, or related fields.
- 2–10 years of experience depending on the role (Oil & Gas / EPC preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SAP, procurement systems, offshore engineering, or safety management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
