تم تصميم برنامج التدريب التعاوني (COOP) للشركة الوطنية للإسكان لتوفير فرصة فريدة لطلاب السنة النهائية في الجامعات لدمج المعرفة الأكاديمية مع الخبرة العملية في بيئة العمل. من خلال البرنامج، سيشارك المتدربون في مشاريع حقيقية عبر مجالات مهنية مختلفة، مما يمنحهم خبرة مباشرة تساعدهم على الانتقال بسلاسة من الدراسة الأكاديمية إلى مساراتهم المهنية الفعلية.
