Public Private Partnership Director
The Public Private Partnership Director will facilitate, manage, and oversee public-private partnerships to ensure the successful execution of strategic infrastructure and development projects.
- Identify projects eligible for PPP structuring and develop a PPP plan in coordination with the National Centre of Privatization
- Manage all stages of the PPP process including the development and analysis of financial models and funding mechanisms
- Lead negotiations with private sector partners to establish favorable terms for PPP projects
- Ensure proper risk allocation, financial viability, and compliance with legal frameworks
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to finalize contracts and agreements
- Enhance collaboration between the public and private sectors to create long-term project value
- Strong experience in Public Private Partnerships and infrastructure development
- Expertise in financial modeling, project structuring, and funding mechanisms
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of legal frameworks, risk allocation, and PPP governance
Transactional Manager
The Transactional Manager will play a key role in structuring, procuring, and executing large-scale Public Private Partnership projects across infrastructure and social infrastructure sectors.
- Manage the full PPP transaction lifecycle from project preparation to financial close
- Coordinate with the National Center for Privatization and engage with investors
- Work closely with transactional, legal, technical, and financial advisors
- Support negotiations through preferred bidder appointment and financial close
- Ensure PPP projects are compliant with national frameworks and aligned with strategic objectives
- Maintain compliance with PPP governance frameworks, regulations, and organizational bylaws
- Experience in PPP transactions, infrastructure, or investment projects
- Strong understanding of procurement, project structuring, and financial close processes
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and advisory teams
- Knowledge of national PPP frameworks and governance requirements
Social Infrastructure Investment Director
The Social Infrastructure Investment Director is responsible for defining, leading, and executing investment strategies across education, healthcare, culture, sports, and community assets.
- Lead the social infrastructure investment pipeline from concept to transaction execution
- Guide projects through feasibility, tendering, investor engagement, and partner selection
- Ensure projects are strategically aligned, socially impactful, financially sound, and investable
- Balance public objectives with private-sector participation
- Support the transition from transaction execution into delivery and operations
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex commercial, investment, and stakeholder issues
- Provide clear investment recommendations to executive leadership
- Strong experience in social infrastructure investment and project development
- Expertise in sectors such as education, healthcare, culture, sports, or community assets
- Proven ability to manage investor relations, feasibility studies, and transaction execution
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
