DCS & HYCO Operator Responsibilities
- Process Control & Safety: Maintain a stable plant environment by monitoring Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Fire & Gas systems, serving as the first line of response for Process Emergencies.
- SMR Operations: Oversight of the Steam Methane Reformer (SMR), CO2 Removal Units, and Membrane Units, ensuring production targets are met with maximum Operational Efficiency.
- Safe Work Compliance: Implementation of Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO), Safe Work Permits, and Management of Change procedures to ensure a zero-injury workplace.
- Preventative Maintenance: Collaborating with engineering teams to execute Corrective Maintenance and routine inspections on Hydrogen Production infrastructure.
Job Opportunity: HYCO Shift Supervisor - Advanced Leadership Role
We are looking for a high-caliber HYCO Shift Supervisor to provide technical direction for our Steam Methane Reformer units. This role requires a minimum of 5 to 15+ years of Plant Operations experience and strong Leadership Skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Industrial Gas production meets stringent quality and safety standards.
Supervisor Accountabilities
- Technical Direction: Guiding staff on Ancillary Equipment operations and troubleshooting complex Chemical Engineering processes.
- Safety Leadership: Enforcing industry-leading safety protocols and ensuring all Work Instruction Procedures are followed by the shift team.
- Resource Management: Partnering with Site Management to optimize manpower and technical feedback for plant performance.
