Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Stay updated on labor laws and ensure organizational compliance. Support onboarding processes including orientation, documentation, and training. Assist in recruitment activities such as job descriptions, postings, and CV screening. Manage employee records including attendance, leave, and performance data. Issue and document contracts through the Qiwa platform. Support payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.

Requirements

 Fuel Farm & Hydrant System Supervisor

Responsibilities

Manage daily fueling operations and system performance. Coordinate fueling schedules with airlines and ground handlers. Supervise fuel farm operators and field technicians. Ensure safe and efficient fuel delivery to aircraft. Monitor compliance with operational procedures and GACA regulations. Manage shift operations and workforce scheduling.

Requirements

Experience in aviation fuel operations or ground handling. Strong understanding of safety and regulatory compliance (GACA standards). Ability to supervise teams and manage operational workflows. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Accountant
