The Archive & Records Officer is responsible for the secure custody, organization, control, and auditing of all original student documents at Batterjee Medical College, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as official custodian for high school certificates, academic transcripts, result cards, graduation certificates, scholarship contracts, promissory notes, and financial/legal undertakings
- Ensure secure storage, preservation, and protection of all records
- Maintain zero-tolerance approach to document loss, damage, or unauthorized handling
- Establish and maintain structured filing and numbering systems
- Arrange documents systematically for easy retrieval and auditing
- Experience in archive management, document control, or records administration
- Attention to detail and ability to enforce strict security measures
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and confidentiality protocols
Vocational Trainer – Health & Wellness Tourism
The Vocational Trainer will support the Health and Wellness Tourism Operations Diploma by delivering academic content, coordinating field training, and supervising students across multiple sites.
- Develop, plan, and coordinate on-site practical training at hotels, resorts, wellness centers, and tourism facilities
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners for student placements
- Teach specialized courses in health and wellness tourism operations
- Lead simulation sessions, case-based learning, and practical workshops
- Participate in developing training materials, content outlines, and assessments
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with minimum 10 years of experience in health and wellness tourism operations and luxury hospitality
- Experience in student or staff training
- TVTC pre-approval required

The Senior Cybersecurity Specialist will manage and enhance BMC’s cybersecurity posture by implementing, monitoring, and maintaining advanced security solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize next-generation firewalls including Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Sophos
- Oversee endpoint protection solutions (EDR/XDR) including Trend Micro, Sophos, and Cortex
- Ensure email security and network detection and response (NDR)
- Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing (VAPT), and patch management
- Maintain cloud security and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Expertise in firewalls, endpoint security, email security, NDR, VAPT, patch management, and cloud security
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance
