Outbound Sales Officer (B2B)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through outbound activities such as calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Present Syarah's products and services to potential business clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Care) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and drive results.
Outbound Procurement Officer (B2B)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities related to outbound operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners (B2B).
- Source, negotiate, and purchase products/services in line with business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Evaluate supplier performance and support onboarding of new vendors.

Requirements
