Outbound Sales Officer (B2B)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through outbound activities such as calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
  • Present Syarah's products and services to potential business clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Care) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and drive results.

Outbound Procurement Officer (B2B)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement activities related to outbound operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners (B2B).
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase products/services in line with business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and support onboarding of new vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Syarah procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement.
  • Strong exposure to supplier and client handling (B2B).
  • Good negotiation and coordination skills.
