The purpose of the job
The Talent Acquisition Officer is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting and interviewing potential candidates to find the perfect match for Riyadh Airlines' long-term goals. They consider in this process that people play an important role and will be key players to success going forward.
Major accounts
Liaise with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Searching for potential candidates through online channels (such as social platforms and professional networks.)
Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews.
Evaluate candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system.
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Manage and submit all employment paperwork for new employees.

Practical experience
