Job summary:
The Commercial Operations Manager plays an integral role related to the financial performance of the international operations by filling in gaps, educating, influencing and providing expertise on the financial implications of contractual and operational decisions while working directly with operational, financial and sales management. This position will assist in creating country budgets and monitoring financial performance against budget Collaborate with senior management on the country's commercial strategy and business development Implement and monitor operational efficiencies targets to reduce costs and eliminate waste while not sacrificing brand or quality Ensures revenues, expenses and liabilities are handled in accordance with contractual obligations . This position also acts as Manager for all Business Operations team and provides support and drives global consistency for these roles through multiple points of contact and collaborate across HSE, Accountancy, Supply Chain, Assets, HR and Learning and Development; The yard, departments and teams of logistics, legal, compliance, IT, security and office. The Director of International Business Operations will also assist as required with special projects, including ad hoc operational support, audit, business and technology development.
