1- أخصائي استمرارية الأعمال
الهدف الوظيفي
تنفيذ خطط وأنشطة استمرارية الأعمال في الصندوق، وتخطيط اختبارات على الحلول والاستراتيجيات القائمة واستخلاص المعلومات منها، وتحديث الإجراءات والخطط، والإشراف على تنفيذ خطط وإجراءات الطوارئ وتحسينها، وتقديم الدعم لوحدات الأعمال والإجابة على الأسئلة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
· دراسة وتحليل وتحديد العوامل المؤثرة في تقديم الخدمات في الصندوق وتنفيذ عملياتها الأساسية واستمرار أعمالها واستخلاص النتائج
· الإشراف على تنفيذ خطط وإجراءات الطوارئ وتحسينها، وتقديم الدعم لوحدات الأعمال والإجابة على الأسئلة
· التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة، وإسناد المسؤوليات في وحدات الأعمال، والتواصل مع السلطات
· تخطيط اختبارات خطط الطوارئ، وتنفيذها واستخلاص النتائج منها، وتقييم أداء استمرارية الأعمال بعد حدوث عراقيل وانقطاعات حقيقية في العمل، والتحقيق في حالات العجز وإعداد التقارير، وتحديث الإجراءات والخطط
نشر الخطط والإجراءات في الصندوق، وتدريب الموظفين المسؤولين عن استمرارية الأعمال ودعمهم، ومراقبة أدائهم
الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات وسنوات الخبرة المطلوبة
درجة بكالوريوس في التمويل والبنوك والتأمين و المالية والإدارة والتنظيم او مايعادلها في تخصص ذو صلة بمهام الوظيفة
الحد الأدنى للخبرات المطلوبة 4 سنوات في مجال ذو صلة (تحسب سنتان لدرجة الماجستير وثلاث سنوات لدرجة الدكتوراة).

Career Objective
Implementing business continuity plans and activities in the fund, planning tests on existing solutions and strategies and extracting information from them, updating procedures and plans, supervising the implementation and improvement of emergency plans and procedures, providing support to business units and answering questions.
Roles and responsibilities
Studying, analyzing and identifying the factors influencing the provision of services in the Fund, the implementation of its basic operations and the continuity of its business, and drawing conclusions
Overseeing the implementation and improvement of emergency plans and procedures, providing support to business units and answering questions
Coordinating with stakeholders, assigning responsibilities to business units, and communicating with authorities
Planning and implementing contingency plans tests and drawing conclusions from them, evaluating business continuity performance after the occurrence of real obstacles and interruptions in work, investigating deficits and preparing reports, and updating procedures and plans
Disseminate plans and procedures in the fund, train and support staff responsible for business continuity, and monitor their performance
Minimum qualifications and years of experience required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Management and Organization, or its equivalent in a major related to the job duties
The minimum required experience is 4 years in a related field (two years are counted for a master's degree and three years for a doctorate degree).
2- Risk Management Specialist
Career Objective
