Required jobs in Public Investment Fund (PIF) company and their details:
Investment Analyst
- Full ownership of the construction and enhancement of financial and operating models, including multiple valuation methods (e.g., DCF, trading comparables, etc.), and supporting the underwriting case with constructive analysis • Support in the various diligence workstreams, including the selection, onboarding, and end-to-end engagement of advisors
- Analyze key underwriting risks related to investment opportunities or portfolio companies and support in developing mitigation plans
- Prepare Investment memos and recommendations to the Investment Committees, following the internal guidelines and template
- Support in monitoring the performance of the investments as frequently as needed, including selection and support of PIF’s representatives on the Board
- Support in the internal update reports and required updates to the PIF’s Board and related Committees
- Support on a variety of tasks to ensure investments follow internal PIF policies and procedures
- Support in deal structuring, negotiations, and execution
Investment Associate
- Full ownership on the construction and enhancement of financial models applying common and generally accepted valuation methods (DCF, multiples, LBO, Assumptions, etc.) and calculation of key ratios to support marketing and execution processes
- Support deal/JV planning activities including the performance of commercial analysis, ecosystem and risk assessments, of potential deal/JV partners (both locally & internationally)
- Identify and analyze key underwriting risks related to investment opportunities or portfolio companies and support in developing mitigation plans
- Support in evaluating the performance of deals and JVs according to the agreed performance assessment framework
- Evaluate and support in monitoring the performance of the investments as frequently as needed, including selection and support of PIF’s representatives on the Board
- Ability to review, revise, and formulate policies for the department processes and procedures
- Support deal structuring, negotiations & execution
- Provide input to internal update reports and required updates to the PIF’s Board and related Committees
Education and Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Management or equivalent is required
- 6 years of experience
